I don't think I want a body like that :/ I don't want to be defined, I just want to be smaller in the waist, and bigger in the hip

Try callenetics. Its mainly deep intense stretching that shrinks your waist and gives you a "peach" shaped butt and wider hips. Basically a more hour glass shape. The series is on Amazon.

No diet needed...but don't be pigging out on junk food either.

:mjlol: Ain't know what way out. Moderate dieting and exercise is a must. You don't have to Kill yourself but you DO have to exert yourself.

Aight so, I'm five foot eight, one hundred and nine pounds. My measurements are 33/25/36 and I'd like them to be 33/24/37 at least. I don't know jackshyt about exercising and I'm not changing my diet because I don't want to lose any weight or bulk up. I'm doing this solely for aesthetics/modeling. I was looking at that weird body building site but I don't trust them :( Anyway please help :feedme:

ETA: I need help building a regimen

If you're unwilling to change your diet then you won't lose weight, period.

That's just how this works.

Diet is 80% of the fight.

Sure you can exercise, but it won't matter.

I agree. She needs to hit the weights a little bit.

Edited to say i just read she's doing this to model. You don't need weights for that

I really feel like you didn't read the post..

You would be correct.

Sorry.

Anyway, no matter your fitness goals, diet is gonna be essential.

I wouldn't even go into anything without having the diet planned out first.

All this drip on me

But smaller lower half
Here's the model in the picture...

Wilhelmina International | indya marie los angeles direct portfolio

Her measurement's are virtually identical to yours ...
Bust 32"
Waist 24"
Hips 37"

She's actually shorter than you(5'6) so her lower body just appears larger but in reality you're essentially a taller version of her body type right now.

If you're still hellbent on fixing what doesn't really need to be fixed then it wouldn't hurt if you dabbled in some fitness exercising/lifting to target lower body muscle or simply don't do anything, just let your body gain weight that comes with age naturally. Either way you seem to be worrying about nothing.:yeshrug:

The biggest mistake women make is thinking they can "spot train".. Lose that mentalitiy completely.

Your natural body is your natural body.

My advice is to train like a man. Women tend to want to avoid whats harder for them generally (and thats weight lifting).
