Thats what happens when players know there is no jeopardy for their places on the roster.
This organization follows the leadership of the owner and GM, always has…his old ass can’t do it no more and I say it damn near every post it feels like…but it ain’t gon change no time soon. This ain’t a coach, coordinator, or player fix. This fix needs to come from up top. Basically what the Commanders did, bring REAL football people in.
