Glacier/Mortis had some pretty cool little matches tbh. A couple of Goldberg squashes with Glacier had some of the cooler Goldberg spots. His super kick was But yeah there's really no defending him other than that. His gimmick itself and the vignettes around it were both late to the MK rip off and also years out of date with the reality nature of the NWO stuff going on on the same shows.
