Nah we not doing that. This Miami team certified. Don’t devalue the W because Denver was the better team tonight.

Denver
I don't know how Denver can dump that terrible Porter contract but Booth needs to do everything in his power to make it happen this summer. Braun needs more minutes and Brown will need more money. Both guys bring more to the table for winning than MPJ.
They can only give brown like a 20% raise no matter how much cap room they have because of the deal he signed. So he’s gone no matter what. Braun will take those minutes.

Just dumping MPJ wouldn’t do anything other than just making them not have MPJ.

Nothing is being devalued here, its painfully obvious watching these games that the talent gap is massive. Miami has 9 one dimensional players on their team. If the 1 thing that they can do isnt working its curtains 4 them

They need to avoid the second luxury tax threshold and they are really close the next two years before they sign anybody AND Murray will be due a new contract in 2025. Those rules go into effect next season and they won't have any flexibility afterwards.

MPJ has been solid this post season outside of the finals. Murray is signed until 2025 and KCP and a number of other players come off the cap. The nuggets are fine
