No excuses! Lebron in year 20 on a bad ankle scored 40 points in an elimination game and still is blamed for why they lost the series.
Caleb Martin was the best heat player vs the celtics and Jimmy has been absolutely horrendous vs the denver nuggets. This are facts whether you like it or not
And Lebron's home and Jimmy isn't and the series is tied 1-1...Jimmy not playing up to your standards bugs you for some reason...you must owe somebody some money and it's riding on Jimmy... :russ:

In 3 outta the 4 games they won against the Celtics, Jimmy was the best player on the Heat. The one game they won without him leading the team was in G3 where the Celtics were blown out in embarsssing fashion so he was chilling.

Jimmy has had multiple all time performances and moments in this playoff run. Why aren’t you enjoying that rather than hating?
because LeBron got swept so he's been in his feelings for the past 2 weeks trying to spin it and downplay Jimmy :laff:

How much money is gabe vincent and max strus gonna get next year?
Gabe Vincent: “I’ve gone from thinking this guy is a good $3 million backup to a $10 million, $11 million player; he’s worth that in today’s NBA. The guy has produced when it counts, and that’s what teams are looking for. He has risen to the occasion.

“He’s up and down at times with his shooting, but he’s a clutch shooter, and that means something. He has got cojones. He’s never afraid of the moment. You get high effort defensively. Decent playmaker, has toughness. To me, his value correlates a lot to his scoring.”

(ESPN analyst and former Nets executive Bobby Marks told me 2 1/2 weeks ago that Vincent - who’s earning $1.9 million this season - is poised to get potentially $9 million annually in free agency this summer. He has only helped himself since and is now likely in the $12 million range.)

Max Strus: “He hasn’t really changed my perception. Pretty good backup wing who can start, but I like him as a backup. You’ve got to guard him and he’s got more game than just threes. He’s a better defender than people realize.

“The thing that some of these Heat players have to overcome is a perception that they’re better in that system. Josh Richardson is a good example of the Miami factor; He wasn’t as good after he left.”

Richardson averaged 16.6 points in his final season with the Heat (2018-19) and never approached that again.

(Marks told me 2 1/2 weeks ago that Strus is poised to get the $12.2 million non taxpaper midlevel exception in free agency this summer.)

Strus and Vincent have Bird Rights, meaning the Heat -- which is way over next year’s salary cap -- has the capacity to keep them.

I think Gabe Vincent can play well with the Lakers. I've said he should be the Lakers top target but he should be the Heat top target too.

I'll still say that Denver easily beat Miami if you get one of Gordon or MPJ to join Jokic like Murray did against LAL. That said, Miami knows what it has to do and they are capable of doing it. It's going to be interesting to see the return of Herro. It be either be a massive boost for Miami or a massive negative. This is actually a series unlike Boston where they need him.
And we win game 1 if we get 25 from Jimmy or our shooters didn't go pluto....see how that works ??...could be easily 2-0 miami...but it's 1-1...it is what it is...

AD has no motor. When I watch Bam play I see a level of tenacity I haven't seen in AD.

AD is Obviously way more talented but just looks like he's playing ball just to play ball, even when he scores 40

Basically it comes down to who has more “Heart”

AD only shows heart in certain games. Its like dude needs a Mr Miayagi type in his corner every night to coach some soul into him

Bam plays like he has something to prove. Even when he’s having an off night you NEVER question if he’s giving it all he’s got, he just lacks AD’s natural talent but he’s getting from midrange.

He's better than AD. At least at this stage. He does so much more for winning basketball. Jimmy gets way too much credit when Bam is their best player. You take Bam away and Miami defense doesn't work. shyt, their offense doesn't work either.

You take Jimmy away and they don’t get passed the first round though.

Jimmy is the unquestioned leader and the closer. Bam can’t bring it home the way Jimmy does. Its his confidence that gives THEM confidence and if his ankle wasn’t fukked up he’d be scoring more

Damn Jimmy and the Heat handing Denver their first Home Loss in 3 Months. Like I said, Dark Horse of the Playoffs. Keep underestimating these guys. This isn't a normal 8th seed. The Heat will have to win another one in Denver to win the series so it's far from over.....but this was a good win because you didn't want to go back to Miami down 0-2. This Heat team is never out of it. They can grind you down and come back quickly.
