i sure hope so but i jus dont see it happening. i think it'll be "made sure" that the Heat are in the Finals. somebody bout to :eat: off them Finals numbers

I feel the exact same way, you already know the league wants the Heat in the finals, they already posted an OKC beat the heat shirt on nbastore.com before quickly taking it down. http://cdn3.sbnation.com/fan_shot_images/256478/QvCBA.jpg

:wtf:

The NBA disgusts me.

MIAMI — The Miami Heat’s win over the Boston Celtics to reach the NBA finals has drawn the highest preliminary television rating for an NBA playoff game on cable since records started being kept in 2003.

Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals Saturday night on ESPN produced a 9.1 overnight rating. The network said Sunday that the three highest overnight ratings for NBA games on cable have come during this series.

In Boston, the game had a 21.7 rating, the highest on cable for an NBA playoff game in the market since records started being kept in 2003.

Why are people acting like the celtics don't raise ratings.. If it would've been the 76ers in the Ecf the numbers wouldn't be nearly as high

Those ratings had less to do with the Celtics, and more to do with people wanting to see LeBron/The Heat lose.

Did you read the article though? People in Boston watched it like a muthafukka. How was Miami by comparison?

I don't know about game 7 cause it's no link, but the original link for game 6 says, "The game pulled in a 20.5 share in Boston and a whopping 22 share in Miami."
