the LG XC 2.1 port ain't even a real 2.1 point, and can only do 40gps not 48gps

all these hdmi 2.1 out on the market are fake and can't do 48gps anyway, which is why none of say HDMI 2.1 on it them but says ultra high speed or some shyt and says it can be 48gps on the box but its really just an 18gbs cable

This isn’t an issue for next gen consoles since the majority of TVs out don’t have 12 bit color panels to take advantage of the full 48gbps

Last years models are actually full 48g, not that it will matter.
40 is more than enough and probably will be until at best the very end of the gen if even then.

The only way this would matter at all is if you are using the tv for gaming off a PC or something along those lines. For consoles it's fine and still double the bandwith of 2.0

If 8k ever becomes a thing thing hmdi 2.1 would be "useless" if you wanted 8k gaming at 60hz

aight nevermind I switched back the 2.0 cable and that shyt was trash, the bit depth was lower, the response time was slower, and there was frame stutters

I didn't notice the difference at first, but after going back and forth with the same cable, the frame stuttering was on the 2.0 the vrr doesn't work on 2.0, the bit depth was lowered because 2.0 can do full chroma at 4:4:4 chroma

I can see the difference now, its just not some magnificent jump like people talk about
