i just caught up on the season...goddamn this shyt is really getting into a groove. too funny man. he's clearly not the funniest guy on the show but richard plays that awkward, nervous nerd type perfectly.

Richard was pretty annoying last season but I think they found the right balance with his character especially him gaining more confidence without it getting corny. Building humour around this such as triple A has been the key..

On a side note, Hooli is a fuking mess
