an agent needs to be able to negotiate contracts which implies a legal background. spence does not have that expertise. hell, it seems that he barely knows how to manage money and he's simply around because he's an ex-player with lots of contacts in that world.

EXCEPT he's NOT an agent.
Spence did get his Financial Advisor's & Agent license at the end of season 2 tho I believe, especially when he purchased a 49% interest in ASM
He's a financial advisor.../ Agent But I need clarification of whether he's both or just one of the titles.
