so my critiques as I rewatch the 2nd episode:
- I hate that Ricky (who played in the NFL) looks like the only NFL ready athlete at OTAs. Not just size wize, but even wearing the jersey/shorts.
- Vernons family could've been set up a little bit less stereotypically. I feel like his story is central to the plot, but I'm only empathetic to him because of the money he loaned the Rock.
- Ricky can act man. He was a lil sketchy in that first episode. But this episode he held his own. When his girl is giving him the necklace, he says some shyt with the exact tone/expressions as his father.
- That OL's part needs to be cut.

Good episode. I liked it a lot more than the first. The only part I don't really like so far is the retired OL storyline. shyt is hella slow and kinda pointless to the story as a whole so far.

I can dig that from the coaches maybe. But he's an 80 catch dude. He doesn't know anyone on that roster from college or the draft? I'm probably just looking at it too deeply. But it just seems weird that they're treating him like a rookie/stranger and not like a dude with pro bowl talent.

I'm glad Rock got Vernon to sign, I can tell he is going to have to give Reggie the Rock Bottom before the season is done. Rock asking about having a 3rd bank account .

You know Ricky isn't going to let not having his jersey slide . Cool to see Everybody Hates Chris pop up on this. Dude stays working at least.

shyt you can probably nit pick stuff but its a light hearted show it ai t all that serious to be overly critical. Imma just enjoy the fukkery.
