i just finished it i thought it was a straight little thriller. belief definitely needs to be suspended at times but it was straight.
Decent concept and a different perspective from people that really do that kind of work, but in general, it felt like a Black Mirror episode that got bushed.

This came with my Cyberpunk 2077 game. I get HBO Max free so someone else who wants 30 free days have at it. Please let it be known you used it so others don't try after.

Peeped Kimi yesterday, what a stupid movie. Could've been way more in-depth

I can't recall seeing any fictional shows or movies filmed in the past couple years that included Covid (masks, mentioning the pandemic, remote work etc)

Only part I liked was that it was based in Seattle, seeing the old spots I used to walk by and one scene was shot on the street I used to live on. Even saw the bus I rode to work lol.

That's true that a lot of Netflix movies appear low budget and that's not because they don't spend. They actually spend A LOT of money on these shows and movies but there's three things going on...

1. They don't have the built in relationships with actors/actresses and writers that HBO/WB does

2. They don't have the sets/staging and production designers

3. They are trying to rush shyt out there which results in cheaper effects and low grade scripts
True, much much deeper catalog but HBO still has a lot of misses as well film and show wise
