i just finished it i thought it was a straight little thriller. belief definitely needs to be suspended at times but it was straight.Kimi is weak. Only an hour and a half but a struggle to get through for me

Decent concept and a different perspective from people that really do that kind of work, but in general, it felt like a Black Mirror episode that got bushed.i just finished it i thought it was a straight little thriller. belief definitely needs to be suspended at times but it was straight.
yea...it was an honest look at sex work which is absolutely needed in these times
wasn't surprised it was slept on (it was a David Simon show after all)...but the Franco shyt coming out didn't help either
Ended up going out gracefully. Simon intended on it having a three season run.i loved the deuce. wonder what happened to it
True, much much deeper catalog but HBO still has a lot of misses as well film and show wiseThat's true that a lot of Netflix movies appear low budget and that's not because they don't spend. They actually spend A LOT of money on these shows and movies but there's three things going on...
1. They don't have the built in relationships with actors/actresses and writers that HBO/WB does
2. They don't have the sets/staging and production designers
3. They are trying to rush shyt out there which results in cheaper effects and low grade scripts
