Licensing deals. Same reason new mutants can’t just show up on Disney +. Before movies drop, studios promise streaming or broadcasting rights to different channels. And fox had a licensing deal in place with hbo for quite some time. So before Disney bought them, that deal was already in place. Same with new mutantseverything is on DCU ..
i did notice Beware the batman on HBO mAX. its not on DC yet..
And how is X-Men: DArk Phoenix on HBO MAx.... is that on the HBo side
