They crazy part of the doc so far is that it basically started as some Internet forum thing. Like could you imagine if the craziest people on these boards gained a mass following
to the point people are committing borderline terrorist attacks. The way some of these people talk it’s almost like a religion was spawned by some incel. It also didn’t help that the previous president egged it all on. pretty fukking crazy

The impression I'm getting from the doc is that QAnon is two "crazy" subcultures (that would normally have NOTHING to do with each other) feeding off of each other.
On the one hand, you have crazy incel "gamergate" people creating memes on their porno sites. Then in the middle you have a group of people filtering out their content, cleaning it up, and summarizing it. Then, you have "Christian Fundamentalists" Baby Boomers consuming the sanitized version of Q and spitting it back out for all the Fox News watchers...who would think that the *Chan sites themselves were totally demonic
if they ever went on them directly.Yet, somehow, both of these "groups" idolize Trump.
