There is no way in hell NBC gives a boxing show the post-Super Bowl slot.
That spot is going to go to some bullshyt like The Mysteries of Laura or something.

Well all the word behind the scenes were true, that Haymon was setting up to be on NBC in 2015 and still will participate with Showtime, but have more leverage.
His work in 2014 was just to keep fighters busy and records unblemished. Still doesn't excuse the fact he had guys fighting people that didn't deserve to be in the ring. He could have gotten his fighters good paydays and wins, without fighting guys not even fit as sparring partners.

Still will dislike Haymon as much as any of these promoters (mostly Arum) as they all continue to only make fights within their camps and take lots of good matchups off the table because of their politics.

I know, boxing will contunue to suffer with these promoters keeping to themselves, what a shame. Haymon can definitely feast on his stable of fighters to be hoenst but in the future?

yea i noticed some digital-based job openings on LinkedIn out in Vegas for Haymon Boxing over the summer. they're definitely building, and it's looking like 2015 might be one of the most important years for boxing in decades from a business structure standpoint.

is the ppv way is dying, and is the way to make maximize revenue on the front end through going to the broadcast networks as opposed to subscriber-based cable networks? that's what it's looking like...
