After the caloric amounts you took in how muh do you think your body burned through the workout after?
I really don't know. If I eat too much pre or know I;m gonna go crazy after, then I just do more than I had planned going into the session. it's really whatever right now.. was feeling good yesterday but felt like trash again today. can't wait til I'm done with this cut.
