this has helped me out immensely in a lot of areas in my life. if i could afford to do it daily, i would. doing this is like investing into a mental 401k.

those hours, or even a full day, after you come out of the tank with NO internal monologue at all and you're literally just living better than any drug

An apartment I lived in had the spirit of a little girl in it. I've told many stories about the apartment here before. Although I never saw her, many others did. I did witness many of her actions.
Also I'm Dominican and have heard countless stories about witches who turn into other animals. I've never seen that but being out there alone in the middle of nowhere at night is not a happy feeling

I've had a theory for the longest that there are a shytload of spiritual creatures roaming the Caribbean and Africa. We share so much of the same spirits it's ridiculous.

Seen some shyt last night.

I had left my car sunroof open and I realized it around 11 12ish at night. I told my wife I am about to run out and close it because It’s going to rain tonight into the morning. As I left my front door and walk from lawn to car, I had remote start car and went to close the sunroof.

I live on a cul de sac type section and as I looked toward the other side I seen this shadow little bit taller than a human but wasn’t human form speed glide from left side end of the cul de sac to the right side end of the cul de sac to the side my house was on. No lie shyt was like a phantom I can’t explain it but when I seen that shyt I ran in the house no bytch.

you gotta go somewhere for it. google sensory deprivation or float tanks in your area. its not too popular but everywhere has some old hippy or a wellness spa that is running one.

its specially treated water with like over 1 ton of salts dissolved in it. perfect temperature. the salts provide buoyancy so you float. nothing is sinking in there. on top of that, the tank or room is treated so no sound or light gets in. total sensory deprivation

Driving from a breakfast diner on a Sunday afternoon waiting at the light to turn onto the highway. I happen to look up in the rearview mirror and see a white dad in a pickup truck yelling at his small children.. Dad loses it and slams the passenger kids head against the window with both hands. Kid cries hysterically. Im looking back like damn that was fukked up.

About two months later im about to get on the same highway , after meeting my boy at the same place and I look up and the same shyt happens behind me the same exact way.. I called my potna and told him nikka thought I was high (I don't do drugs). This was about 2 years ago. I'll never forget.
