One of the first questions she asked me was "would you be mad if we went out for a dinner where you spent $200 and I wanted to go get a burger after?". I told her that for one I ain't going to drop $200 for a dinner on the regular and second if she wanted a burger why the fukk would we go to the fancy restaurant in the first place. My ex is an extreme animal lover.

I sent her a picture one morning of a lizard on my car thinking she would think it was cute when she woke up.

Instead she started accusing/questioning me of harming it bc she knows I'm not a fan of them.

This started a multi-hour ugly stipid text argument and at the end, rather than admit her solely overreacting, she said I needed to take responsibility for my part in starting the argument. I'm like "what? I tried to do something nice for you, and YOU took it the wrong way starting a stupid argument"
