Yeah. When I was a kid, I went to this movie theater in a city, and everyone was clapping afterwards. I was like why? The movie was great but who is going to hear your applause? I'm from a small town and our movie theater was a one movie joint. You watch the movie, it's over, you leave. No clapping.

that happened at the theater i was at during Jurrasic World. people clapped during part where the big ass water dinosuar ate the other dino, and at the end.

I can't really knock them too much tho, i clapped once or twice at the end of hulk vs iron man in avengers 2.

Never happened for dark knight when I went....twice. It is corny to do in the first place.

But snakes on a plane was the most enjoyable movie going experience ever and everyone cheered loud as fukk when my man Samuel had enough n started cussin.

If they clap who honestly gives a damn, its a gathering of people in one big room looking to be entertained, the movie could legit move you to tears because it was based on a true story then at the end your like that was one good ass movie, because it might have changed your perspective on an issue or how you look at something
