All I told that nikka was train hard and eat right when he asked me for tips and kept it movin.

I went to the Yankees-Astros game last week with a few friends ... one of them was saying that it looks like I'm losing weight, and she said the same thing when she saw me around the 4th of July ... I've been weighing myself on and off over the summer and I haven't lost any pounds, but maybe I'm losing inches, so I guess that reverse pyramid workout is working
