It's not ours, it's Marcus Garvey's flag, he's jamaican, and it represents "garveyite pan african unity" so there would be no need for "us" to rock with that flag.

I get our American need to distinct ourselves, which I think the Juneteenth flag does...but I also think the Garvey flag represents something bigger than even America itself. I don't think it should be wholly abandoned.

It’s growing with whom? Because out of the two or three years y’all have been growing it’s failed to attract any significant black voice with influence. Why is the most significant names attached to y’all cultural/political movement still Carnell and Nasheed? And both are wholly inadequate.
