It has to be a multi prong approach

Most important thing is losing weight/burning fat.
From there, to get control of your waist, you need to do stomach vacuums.

Do those for a total of 10 minutes every day... start with maybe 3 sets and work your way down to 1 10 minute set

Then on top of that you should do some ab hypertrophy work. Weighted crunches and hanging leg raises.

I'm working on my 6 pack now and made decent ab gains over the last year. Just trying to get this last bit of fat off.

thank you for spoilering that :picard:

ain't no way in the world that could be healthy :picard:

I don’t cut anything as far as lifestyle goes but at the same time I don’t eat like shyt 90% of the time.

But I do drink a lot of liquor on weekends when I do drink because I got a high tolerance. I just do more cardio and higher intensity / moderate weight workouts to stay lean.

Somebody help me cause I’m confused as fukk about abs.

Do you do exercises to work your abs or do you just try to burn body fat? Or is it mostly diet? And are you supposed to be at a caloric surplus or just try to avoid carbs?

The rest of my body is on point but this nikka @Luck got me feeling like shyt cause I’m walking around here looking 10 months pregnant. :atearinmyburger:

It’s just mostly burnin fat breh, if you liftin and doin some ab workouts you should be decent already once you lean out.

Cardio or whatever you doin for exercise, keep your heart rate elevated and consume less calories. Cut the unnecessary bullshyt outta your diet. Stay consistent with that and guarantee you’ll lean out

Now dependin on your ab genetics, you may or may not have to hit them hard after you lean out. Everybody is different in that regard because some cats don’t have to do shyt / much at all to do have a decent set of abs

Swole? What do you consider swole? Are you are you benching over 300 lb?

Are you squatting over 400 parallel to the floor?

And where's that good deadlift at?
