Once you get it in your head that you’re not trying to get abs but burn tummy fat the objective becomes more reasonable

Figure out a calisthenics routine you can do daily at home with a mat
Less sugar
More water
Be patient
6 days out the week

Somebody help me cause I’m confused as fukk about abs.

Do you do exercises to work your abs or do you just try to burn body fat? Or is it mostly diet? And are you supposed to be at a caloric surplus or just try to avoid carbs?

The rest of my body is on point but this nikka @Luck got me feeling like shyt cause I’m walking around here looking 10 months pregnant. :atearinmyburger:

It has to be a multi prong approach

Most important thing is losing weight/burning fat.
From there, to get control of your waist, you need to do stomach vacuums.

Do those for a total of 10 minutes every day... start with maybe 3 sets and work your way down to 1 10 minute set

Then on top of that you should do some ab hypertrophy work. Weighted crunches and hanging leg raises.

I'm working on my 6 pack now and made decent ab gains over the last year. Just trying to get this last bit of fat off.

Only when I'm cutting or going on vacay :umad:

Exactly I don't see the reason that have six pack abs unless you're going on vacation or I'm going to the beach or something. Even though I live on the peninsula I rarely go to the beach just because I'm so busy and when I travel is usually for work so

You just need to keep your body fat around the same mass and continue doing cardio some days weekly.

Keeping a 6 pack year round is not hard but keeping a let's say 5% bodyfat now that's hard to do.
