These fukkers are hoarding money and buying up land. They then become slumlords to get Black and Latinos out of buildings. Then they refuse to rent to Black and Latinos and drive up the rental prices by renting to idiotic gentrifiers who will use daddy's money to pay for inflated prices. This in turn raises property value and prices potential minority homeowners out of historically Black neighborhoods.
These leeches are using government subsidies to get rich and displace minorities, who are truly in need, out of their own homes. Greedy, trashy, soulless cacs.
