I'm talking about the CB position in the NFL.

I sometimes forget that boy Sherman is on the field because the whole left side of the field is shut down. QBs don't even bother throwing his way anymore. He's the main reason why Seattle has the best defense in the league.

Josh Norman is not better than Sherman.
He's been better than Sherman this season. He leads Sherman in pretty much every DB-related grading/stat. There's actually been a few corners who've been better than Sherman this season. I don't quite understand why you'd make this thread, even if for argument's sake we took Sherman as the best CB - the gap between him and #2 is miniscule. Yet you're saying the current gap between Sherman and the second-best CB is the BIGGEST in any position, in any sport ever.....

There's not much stats to rate a CB by when quarterbacks are almost not throwing his away at all. Whether it's interceptions or passes defensed... There's not much to measure how good Sherman is than by going with the eye test.

They had to switch odell out of his way to get him to finally catch a pass :laff:
The pass Odell dropped he had him beat and the game tying TD was on who again?

The Seahawks have had the best defense for what is now the 4th year in a row and the best player on that defense is Richard Sherman.

Odell bottom Jr was so shook of Norman he was dropping everything.

He's still been the best CB this season.

The Broncos have been the best defense in the league this season.

Sherman is the only dude in recent memory to shut down Antonio Brown when Ben was playing.

AB and Odell are similar players, so if Odell can burn Norman then it's likely AB can do the same. Although it's no big shame to get beaten by the two best receivers in the game.

Besides this, Norman has been excellent. Sherman has too, and Patrick Peterson has stepped it up big time this year. Also, Chris Harris and Aquib Talib have been great this year overall, besides getting burned tonight by AZ.
