Don't be silly I don't need to handle court proceedings to see blatant fukkery where it lies. She has full custody of her child has been seen running around with her bf she has nothing on her plate she receives child support that she denies getting while future is still making music building his career Ciara is focused on being a mother doesn't have to do anything cause she's getting child support already has millions and is already dating a millionare which is all besides the point anyway. So what she even if she had a schedule she's got full clarify she can see her child WHENEVER AND WHEREVER she choses. The courts treat him has a secondary parent but she doesn't treat him like a parrent at all because she either A. refuses to let him see the child on purpose or B. too lazy to work out dates that fluctuate with his scheduled ones. Based on her lies near the climax of this ongoing furs I'm going to go with the first choice.

1st of all... He knew about me because I would drive with her to drop her daughter off ever other week. He didnt claim to have an issue until a year later when she got a new job in Georgia and moved. (I had already moved there a few months prior, but he actually had to driveless time now for visitation). And even before then they lived in two different cities because after she graduated from nursing school, she went back to her hometown.
2nd of all, nobody was hitting anything. Mind you that I was aware of most of the stuff he was doing before we ever started dating. This dude disappeared shortly after the child was born. While she was in nursing school he would flake out on watching the child to the point that she had to send her daughter back to her hometown while she finished up school... and of course he didnt care. He wasnt paying any child support or providing any other support. Then after almost 6 months of not hearing from him, he takes her to court asking for full custody claiming she was keeping him from seeing his child.... lol. The reality was that they scheduled some visitation, and he made a move on her and she wasn't having it. A few weeks later she got court papers in the mail...smh (once again, this was all before we started dating. We were good childhood friends so she told me as it happened).
Furthermore, we now live in GA and he lives in NC. He's still mad and bitter and doesnt pay all of his child support even though we agreed for him to pay the minimum just so we could stop racking up lawyer's fees. And if he tries something stupid we'll just take him to court for being in arrears. He's been racking it up for a few years now.

Probably not, u were too busy shytting on a nikka when he was down. That's what really happened. That nikka fell off (probably lost,a job ) and she skated and used your friend zone ass to replace him. Hes probably bitter because he didn't see it coming. Up until she was sure of the upgrade she was playing both sides against the middle. That's why u think he's a deadbeat and he thinks you're just some a$$hole who came in and brought his family

Fam... you're a clown. And for the record, I've dealt with him enough personally to know he's a deadbeat. But to be honest, I've talked to his parents more than I've talked to him. I've had lengthy talks with his dad where his dad was apologizing for him.
Whoever said that nikka was down anyway? He was what he still is and what he probably always will be. But I hope he does do better. Then he'll pay more child support and we can fill up her college fund quicker, lol.
You want an example of the type of dad he is? He was scheduled to pick his daughter up on a Friday after school. That same day, she had a Thanksgiving performance for her class. The performance was two hours before he was supposed to pick her up. My wife emailed him with all the info a couple of weeks before. He misses the performance! She's done dance, ballet and gymnastics for years and he hasn't been to one thing. NOT ONE. But he complains about his time with her....
