The Coli being the Coli, Wade had one or 2 seasons where he was undeniably the best SG in the league. Other than that, in his prime he missed a sufficient amount of games

Also, Kobe had been one of the best SGs in the league before wade was even drafted. He(Kobe) has a stretch of 10 years from 2001-2011 where it was debatable. Wade has 08-10 where it was debatable. 09 and his championship/finals MVP year where the strongest case could be made

Wade is one of my favorite players ever, but nobody takes this discussion seriously outside of people trying to troll kobe stans. Universally Wade is known as #3 and Kobe is #2. This is rarely debated cause it’s already settled

They didn’t even take the lead from the Raptors untill kobe was in the 50s or something they didn’t secure that lead untill he was in the 60s cause even then the raptors weren’t down by much at the end of the 3rd. speaks volumes to how bad the lakers were at that point
