sh*t is straight garbage. The only thing I ever use when trying to gain weight is:

within 2 weeks, the toughest harder gain, will be up 3-4 pounds. I've been put on up 9 pounds of bulk in the past from one box alone...


That Serious Mass sh*t only last me 3-4 days, before I had to cope another bag :wtf:, not mention I barely went up a pound, if that...

How many servings does it hold and what did you take daily for the 9 pound bulk? :wtf:

I normally get the 12 pound bag.

It's 18+ serving. Once a day is more than enough. The results start kicking in around, day 4-7.


I normally don't even finish the bag on schedule, because I've reached my peak and need break from trying to consume the powder...

creatine + super mass gainer + compound lifts = massive size in a short time.


I could literally jump up from 170 to 180+ off one cycle. ( I just might before the 4th of July :ohhh:, finals are over )

like I said, it's only some mass gainers that really work. Others are overpriced useless supplements. The only kit I can vouch for, which I've used several times is the one by dymantize.

But even still not a big fan of supplements anymore. Far too many are laced with excessively high levels of "added" sugar and other ingredients which can trigger unwanted side effects(this mass gainer is no exception)

The only real mass gainer, I should be recommending is: Fitness Pro's Volume Pro, because of its decent portion of carbs and no sugar...

I'm 5'9.5" and 150lbs...looking to gain at least 10-15 pounds by the end of the summer (I plan on going to the gym 4-5 times a week) should I just stick to protein shakes for 3 months? Will I likely see the same results?

breh you just need to eat & lift...there are no shortcuts, and no secret formulas.

Gaining 15lbs of leans muscle in 3 months is a lofty goal btw.

it's all about calories breh.. you don't need mass gainers to gain weight, it's just more convenient for a lot of folks.

Protein shakes + a lot of food will get you the 10-15 lbs you're looking for

so i copped that dynamtize super mass gainer... :dead: @ the size of the fukking scoop

so this dymatize super mas gainer is trash. the taste is bland, the size of scoops is ridiculous, and it doesnt mix well. and i gainer more mass off of muscle juice than this shyt, and its supposedly more cals and protien. apparently the new formula is garbage.

Just put 250mL of 35% whipping cream and 500mL of 2% milk, shake for 10 seconds in shaker and you have yourself a 1100 calorie weight gainer with a good nutrient profile and doesn't taste like warm vomit the way hydrolyzed whey does.

Not only is it cheap and readily available, the taste is :drool:.

I did this back in the day. 3 scoops a day with milk plus eating 4 meals. I was working out alot...did a 12 week cycle were I gained 5lbs a week. I was getting 7 thousand calories everyday.

I wouldn't ever do it again though
