Has anyone here ever dealt with Heart Failure? How soon did you see improvements?

I am dealing with it now and had an echo test done on Friday and get the results tomorrow. I started having the issue in September, so not getting my hopes up that my EF % has gone up much. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this and has any thoughts, tips, etc?

Had a friend die from it. All I can say man is watch your stress levels in all situations. As a man you might feel like you can handle it but whether it be family, friends, finance, or females if you don’t need it don’t let it

Take ya pills even though that shyt is aggravating(I know they gave you some). A little cardio a lot less salty food and try not to stress to much honestly your condition should get progressive better in a 2-3 months if there isn't more underlying issues I hope
