Yeah they always dive in teams of 2. One person can't help and if sombody is caught the other teams have to suit up and dive for rescue, the process took too long considering the elements. When the water is really choppy, visibility is really low, plus dude was 70ft underwater.

Yeah just like that. It's a small water turbine but they are powerful and if u get caught by one if it's on then you can't get away fron it. So basically his oxygen tank would be useless, I was told that it's almost the same effect as being crushed if your back is to it so you cant breathe, and if you get caught face first then it will suck the air out of you. Basically a super sized pool drain to put it in perspective.

Nah, im an engineer. I work in hydrology and the dam produces hydroelectricity and also regulates water levels on the lake.
