Has a player ever had as big an impact post-retirement on the NBA as Kobe Bryant?

Thread premise is absolute garbage

Every ex player who works for the players union, as an assistant coach, or media personality has a bigger impact on the NBA than fukking Kobe in 2017

OP says Kobe is the most influential ex player in the league because he occasionally texts players who ask him for advice when one of his peers, JASON KIDD, COACHES THE MILWAUKEE BUCKS

Much better?

Kobe dropped 23/3/2 on lower efficiency, Lebron dropped 17/7/6 on high efficiency.

Kobe let Jason Terry drop 20 points on SKY HIGH EFFICIENCY and couldn't guard a damn thing. For whatever you wanna say about Lebron's defense on Terry, Kobe's was about ten times worse.

Better numbers and more impact my ass.

And kobe actually shot the ball. Lebron had 0 points in the fourth quarter and 8 points in another. In game 4, he had 9 points In total on 3-12 shooting
In game 1, he had a total of 7 points in the forth quarter.

By game 5. Lebron had a total of, get this, 11 points in the forth quarter

So what is the point of "high efficiency" that you tried to sneak in there? This nikka had high "efficiency" with 0 total points in one forth quarter? I'm suppose to give this nikka some praise or something?

A 33 year old Kobe who you seem to forget had a bad ankle and knee throughout that 2011 playoff run vs the "Greatest of all time" at his physical peak, the greatest athlete on On The Planet who had no major injuries choking to Jason terry, old ass Dirk and Jason Barrera?

But but but but, the Mavs swept kobe too! Well according to y'all Lebron the Goat and lifetimes greater than Kobe. Every other time y'all want to hold Lebron to high standards than kobe now you want to put the two on the same level to minimize the criticism that the "better than Jordan" Aka the frozen one should get?

Nah blood it don't work like that. Kobe put 23 Shooting the ball and trying. Lebron put up 17 on "better efficiency" playing like a bytch with terrible efficiency in the most important part of the game. so take that narrative somewhere else.

Kyrie >>>>>>Kobe in the finals kobe only has one 40pt game and shoots 40% for his career....got carried by shaq to 3 titles :mjlol:

If Kyrie becomes more legendary than Kobe I don't think nobody LWO would care. In fact if Steph and KD surpass Kobe on the all time list we would salute them.

LeBron didn't get locked up by anyone. You nikkas forget that Kobe is ultra selfish. That's the reason why he lost to the Pistons.

yeah because its just a coincidence that the Finals MVP is always the guy guarding bron. Wouldnt happen with Kobe :umad:

and :mjlol: bringing up the Pistons.....thats yall comeback for the Dallas series? Because Kobe played like a scared bytch against Detroit huh :umad:
