so after reading the responses, I'm assuming the correct answer is "no"?? I don't really count Rae and Ghost, that was more so a collab effort than actual features

Anyways, back to back songs is hard to think of, but I think every top level emcee has been shytted on at least once on their own shyt. Jay-Z, Nas, Lupe, Kendrick Lamar have all been clearly outshined on a track before.
I think the EASIEST example @HacksawJimThuggin would be Big Boi and Andre 3000. I'm sure it would be easy to think of serveral times throughout their careers where one of them had the better verse for 2 straight tracks.

how so? an up and coming rapper who has been hailed as "the future of hip hop" and "the dude who's gonna bring lyricism back to the mainstream" drops his major label debut album on which he obviously wants to prove that they hype is real, and yet there's two songs back to back on the album on which a guest has outshined him...
