The case isn't unraveling. All that Manhattan DA office and NYPD audio recording is not relevant to this case. One charged has been dismissed, and he has at least 5 more pending. They only need a conviction on one to win. It could take a retrial or a two, but he will likely be sentenced to a minimum of 3 years, which isn't really "justice", but it's what we will get.
