As a young breh on 104th and Bway in early 90s I used to be wild watching WCW when they'd announce Harlem Heat as being from 110 St but wouldn't specify the avenue

It's not something I take seriously. If Chris Von Erich is in, then Stevie Ray belongs in. I just find all WWE Hall of Fame talk funny. Vince decides with no rhyme, reason or consistency. Ivan Koloff isn't in, but Mike Von Erich is in because his brother sold them the videotape collection. Danny Hodge isn't in even though his leading advisers said he was a legend, because Vince didn't grow up on him and felt there was no marketability to put him in. Thesz is only in the backdoor wing. Patterson begged for Ray Stevens in San Francisco, and he was on the list but somehow isn't in. Paul Boesch and Sam Muchnick aren't in, and the latter was the single most influential person in the industry for 25 years.
