iPod Raheem 2.0
D, mother****er, D.
Shrewd and decisive. Feels like a coup. Reminiscent of a Masai move. remains to be seen if this deal works out for both teams.
HOUSTON HAD A WINNING RECORD THE LAST 3 SEASONS...
DUKE HAS A TS% OF 60% OR BETTER 5 TIMES IN HIS CAREER.
DO nikkaS REALIZE HOW CRAZY THAT IS?
HE'S NEVER AVERAGED 16 SHOTS A GAME,
AND HAS CONSISTENTLY GIVEN 20+ PTS.
MARTIN HAS ONE OFF YEAR & nikkaS ACTING LIKE HE AINT AN ELITE SCORER.
Last year Harden averaged 14.5/4.5/3.5 on 63 TS per 36 when Westbrook and Durant were on the floor. He averaged 31/4.5/6 on 68 TS when they weren't.
Very late to the party but I woke up this morning and saw that Harden had been traded, I don't know what the hell Thunder are doing.
I get the financial aspect of it but without Harden, sorry but they aren't sniffing a championship. It's disturbing to see how an organization can't understand how much a player means to their team because Thunder are seriously underrating Hardens game by trading him away. Just look at this:
With a sample of over 500 minutes, dude was clearly carrying their bench. Remains to be seen if Martin can do the same (doubt it).
I also ran across some numbers that basically showed that both Westbrook and Durants efficiency went through the roof with Harden on the floor while both were't as effective without Harden on the floor with them. He's ball-handling and creating was needed for that team to succeed.
It's also no surprise that moneyball Morey would know this and find a way to pick up Harden. Asik also had great advanced stats and he managed to pick him up too.
this has already been discussed throughout the thread.
the Raps look very impressive so far. they can make the playoffs in the East
Thunder wanted parsons and rockets said no
im sadden by the loss of harden, but tbh i think we actually won this trade
Long term yes. Martin will get hurt tho.
Harden wasn't the #1 star of the team and he left all over a few million more dollars?
houston has no state tax. i dont like the move either basketball wise. But a max contract with no state income tax?? i damn sure wouldnt turn it down
