Lol I know a few you cannot stand Mark Holmes, but I had to admit I did think of Jobu when they were talking about mojo on Hard Knocks last night.

Said he was going to let the players dictate what type of system we ran on offense an defense, let Nolan run one of the dumbest defensive schemed in football history.
Said he blindsided that he was fired by the packers when it was clear Arod didn't like him nor respected him and it was clear he was being out coached virtually every week and GB was getting by on the greatness of Rodgers. Rodgers said in multiple interviews that the gameplans they had were trash and who was responsible for the gameplans ? Fat Thumb.
Supposed to be some offensive guru but Toddler is the OC. So what exactly does Fat Thumb do ?
Lost a game to the giants last year because he didn't challenge a clear no catch. When asked why he didn't challenge the clear no catch he said it was because he wanted to keep all his time outs. Didn't seem to understand the simple concept of its better to challenge a questionable play and have 2 timeouts than to not challenge a questionable play and let the team kick a field goal late in the 4th and have 3 timeouts.
Do you think McCarthy gives us some sort of coaching advantage ? Do you think that coaches from the other team are saying stuff like "i got to have my substitutions on point cause if I don't Fat Thumb might go no huddle and get a free play off when I got to many men on the field? I got to make sure I get my main defense on the field early in this 2 minute drill cause FAT THUMB might go no huddle and I am forced to keep my run defense in." I don't.
