I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
They really had 3 am and 6 am showings sold out :ohhh:
The Dark Knight Selling All The Way Through 6AM!

I know someone who went to an 8 AM showing....on a Saturday.

I remember going way out of my way just to see the joker rob that bank in IMAX at the start of i am legend

This had by far the greatest ad campaign ever , who remembers why so serious.com?

I've still got my Gotham Times newspapers that I collected over time leading up to the movie.

I went to an 11am viewing of TDK back in July 2008.....on a Monday. I was dead broke and walked 7.3 miles to the theater since gas prices were $5 a gallon.

I was hot and sweaty until I sat down in the air conditioned theater. Needless to say, I watched all 153 minutes all  and :wow: at all the scenes in the movie. Literally was in another world. It summed up the late 00s perfectly and where I was at that time.

I was a salesman at Fry's Electronics at the time when I saw this at a private screening before anyone else in my city :blessed:

It was cats from my job along from other computer shops at the time (Best Buy , Staples)

The only catch was that we had to watch a presentation on Intel's new processor for 20 minutes :yeshrug:

There was a drawing for prizes like for different electronics . A dude from my job won a flatscreen TV and he didn't even have a television :bryan:

Unlimited Dominos pizza and soda (I took home three different medium pizzas and two two liter bottles of soda.

Someone yelled "shut up bytch" when Bruce Wayne's love interest in the film was bytching :mjlol:

Walking out afterwards hyped seeing my friends waiting in line for another hour before they could see it like :troll: :youngsabo:

And they're looking at me like :dwillhuh::ooh:

Still the best movie experience ever . Better than ID4 , Rush Hour 2 and the first Transformers there. :lawd:

Haha intel did the same thing in my
City(atlanta).I was working for micro center at the time. Good times indeed.

Greatest comic book movie slightly edging spider-man 2.

“Your honor I’m not done.”

The Dark Knight really bit tf out of Michael Mann’s Heat. At least Nolan admitted that he got inspired by Heat but the basis, the cinematography, the character conflicts, the music score and color grading is all Heat. I still fukk with TDK but damn this made me lose a little respect for it.
