so, I watch a lot of history channel. I know that probably isn't accurate all the time... but they made him black. At least what i consider black because he looks about what i look like.

Then they made the people he fights against white. Then someone tells me hes roman (to me that means white) so I look it up, most of that shyt looks white to me...


But at MSU they say phoencians were black and not all black people back then were restricted to southern and central africa - yall believe in Higher education n all that BS - well that's a big ten university so - much of my opinion comes from there. Of course, the assistant who said this had dreads so, lol but she was a grad student.


NTM TV shows paint people as White by default regardless of anything. So why would they paint him as black?

Well.... It's not really fair because North Africa is so difficult from an ethnic perspective. We can look at the paintings and busts of him and estimate; to me he looks like a semitic turkish type motherfukker.... but definitively....

The paintings and bust... don't look mixed or arab or persian or anything to me. (like we think of today)

They just look like any greek or roman to me. So I guess Van diesel playing to role would be OK. but seems that the History Channel is fukkin up, cuz their version looks black.
