Does the family of the young lady he stabbed feel justice was served?

He victimized someone, a pregnant girlfriend by stabbing her 14 times. When he was caught and people probably said "good lock his ass up, he's going get his in prison" were we just capping? Do we really want them to continue their violence in prison while officers just watch?

America is not a country of barbarians where the government runs around with with unchecked power abusing anyone as they wish.


The man gets his day in court just like anyone else.

The funny thing is usually the ones who get the “hard treatment”. is the ones who least deserve this.

I'll disagree with this slightly...

The inmates on some respectful shyt don't have a hard stay from officers. It's the ones who were victimizing people on the streets and are still victimizing people in prison who catch hell from officers. Because there's a mentality that's attached to their behavior.

A mentality of "im going do wtf i want even in here and I'm still that same person I always was, no one can control or punish me".

Inmates with non-violent crimes are trying to do their time, make some money, and go home.

Now someone in there for a non-violent crime, theft or drugs, they don't deserve this long as they don't harm an officer unprovoked.

There are plenty of black men in jail for heinous crimes only to be exonerated and found innocent or falsely accused years later. Prison in this country is there for people to serve their time and debt to society. Thats it.

I do not believe they should be executioner. Unless the circumstance is dire.

I do believe that person's in prison for violent and heinous crimes need to be broken. You can get in prison and begin the rehabilitation process, or you can go in like "fukk it, im still a goon" and you be treated accordingly.

Naw, he probably done something to an officer. I read he was just transferred from another facility, so i would guess he had assaulted an officer, possibly a female officer from the response.

Or at the least he had assaulted another inmate. Those are reasons you get transferred to a higher security prison.

The problem is you think law enforcement cares whether a black did something violent or didn’t. Black people are beaten and killed regardless of their track records.

It didn’t matter what this black man did prior to what happened in that room, they were going to beat and kill him whether he was Mandela or Tookie Williams.

You are basically saying if inmates talk back and act out that they deserve to die or be beaten by armed officers of the law. Which is bullshyt.

Corrections officers, by and large, are some of the least educated people in the workforce. They are often from poor backgrounds and lack social and problem solving skills.

This whole “well all he had to do was shut his mouth and be respectful” as if respect is an objective thing is stupid. “Disrespectful” to a stupid poor person who chooses to spend his day working in a prison is different than someone who is educated working in a more meaningful position.

You trying to excuse this as some type of karmic justice is no different than George Floyd being lynched and white people saying “well he was a drug addict”. Lynching a handcuffed black man when you are being paid by the state is wrong. Period.
