there’s a reason why this show isn’t cannon cause they know with true die hard halo fans they got one chance to do a live action movie right the first time.

And the series isn’t surrounding just what happens in the first game. There’s so much more for them to cover.

They are allowing it to not be canon so they can just tell a story and not have to worry about dumb shyt when they make more games.
