She wanted to keep her black identity.... but lost her mind and made a rash decision. The way that she is acting communicates that she wanted her offspring to maintain a black identity..... unfortunately, you can't do that when you rear a child by a white man. It's hard enough getting black people to recognize blackness when the parental lineage is between one black person and one white person, but Halle, a bi-racial woman rearing a white man's child and still playing the black card....

This thread is amusing. So many insecurities.
But most amusing are accusations that Aubry is a gold digger. The guy is an international male model, not some hoodrat trying to scam welfare services. He's already loaded, though Berry probably earned more than him on a good movie streak.
And if he's a gold digger, why marry one of the few AAs in Hollywood? Have you seen how this guy looks? He could land an Angelina Jolie or a Jennifer Aniston easily.

Everyone keeps referring to her race. Whether she's black or white is not the issue. She's too young to have her hair dyed. Period. She shouldn't be made to be more black or more white. I believe Halle wants her to be exactly the way she was made to be, why is anything being changed...

1)There is such a thing as a rich golddigger. Just he's male doesn't make him exempt. Halle was a financial upgrade to his situation. Point blank period. Gabriel knew what he was doing.
2)Halle Berry has been/was/still is one of the most, if not most, beautiful women in Hollywood, black or otherwise. Gabriel landing Halle was no downgrade.... Most of the very beautiful, well paid women in entertainment are either married or concubines for Hollywood execs. Again, he knew what he was doing.
3)But he did scam her and got the courts to rule in his favor.... She's paying him and playing keep away.
truth be told, we don't really know, there's no quotes of Halle or her lawyer during the court proceedings. TMZ has been known to put xtra chit in the game.
