That’s on her. She never wanted to be looked at like a black actress. Well, the problem is white people were never going to accept you so we were all you had. And I get her point. When people think of black female celeb royalty, she’s mentioned sometimes but not how she should be. We say Angela Bassett, Phylicia Rashad, Viola Davis, etc. a lot more than Halle Berry.
