53rd and 6th aka the Halal guys have fallen the fukk off. Once they started adding barbecue sauce to the condiments i knew that shyt was over. Now they have storefronts in NYC, King Of Prussia and Atlanta that i know of.


Best Halal spot is in Queens called Hamza and Madina on Hillside Ave in Glen Oaks

There's one stand by St. John's, shyt was amazing but would have on the toilet for a half an hour.

Used to work at an Indian deli as a kid and literally threw up from the smell of Curry

I know it's not the exact same thing but it fukked me up to where I won't touch middle eastern food

Lamb over rice (yellow rice), chopped up pita, lot of white sauce (pause). With a Sunkist soda

I go to a dude on 49th and 6th who makes sure he only put in bigger chunks of lamb meat. I can’t fukk with the halal guys. Their shyt looks like dog food. CACs love their stuff. Them dudes have LINES. Last week I saw them with 2 “auxiliary” carts that only made the meat and then transferred it to the “main” cart

Can’t eat that stuff on the regular tho. It will put some lbs on you
