I definitely can’t say that for certain. The formula for streams to album sales doesn’t necessarily make it easier.

If that were the case then a lot more artists would be going gold and platinum.

If I'm not mistaken, she just announced the release today. Add that to the fact that promo hasn't been done and you get the sense that folks don't care. She makes good projects tho so I'm checking it out.

Which is funny because Beyoncé did the same shyt with BEYONCÉ. That album came completely outta nowhere with no promotion at all. Hell, Nas’ King’s Disease too as a matter of fact.

You've got newcomers like Rodwave, Morray, reggie, Rachel Chinouriri, Chloe x Halle all making popular music too

Breh these nikkas are so out of touch it’s crazy, RnB is far from a dead genre the past few years especially has seen a resurgence in RnB, literally every single year for the last few years there’s multiple Rnb hits.
