Gym/Workout Confession Thread

I skipped going to the gym one day because I couldn't find my headphones

Find old people apple products and see if they still have their original earphones. I found three pairs stashed in my Dads dresser, now I have earphones stashed everywhere so I never have to go to the gym without music.

I've been seeing better weight-loss and even weight progression with including Low-Intensity cardio almost after every workout. I'm not so busy, so I just walk at 3.5 mph for an hour after lifting weights. Been looking much better and breathing much better.

Anger is my biggest fuel in the gym even though it's not sustainable. It's usually short bursts. For example if someone gets in my way or tries to unrack my weight without my permission. It usually helps.
