Let's say a natty who's been working out consistently for a year.
My cousin brags all day about benching 75kg, I wanna tell him to STFU but since I'm :flabbynsick:
I let him cook

75kg is 165 lbs?

How old is your cousin? That's not very heavy, and I would think most men who workout consistently can reach that quick.

I have a modest view on what heavy is. I've always viewed two plates as being the sort of benchmark for being considered strong. At that point, only more serious lifters are going to be lifting heavier than you. Average lifter probably maxes out at 185-205lbs.

you dudes need to come up off these threads, post your biceps, post your arms, chest, lest see brolicness.

i forgot the weight im benching since i stopped going to the gym late last year but ever since i have maintained a small work out routine, which includes. 50 knuckle push ups minimum a day. it helps, i think i got some steady arms especially forearms like popeye forearms.
