Gym brehs…what weight were you pulling the most women at? And what weight did you feel the most athletic?

Most athletic - 170.
Pulled the most - 165.
Current weight - 185.

Been mostly focusing on getting my grown man skrenf in order post COVID and trying to build as much muscle as I can before I turn 40. But I definitely felt the best in that 165-170 range because I was more focused on cardio and aerobics when I was younger.

Going to the gym to attract women is crazy.

I 'workout' for conditioning and physical fitness primarily. I don't go to the gym at all, but in the past couple years I've put on quite a bit of muscle mass - it's strange. Have mainly been playing basketball, but it's a really intense run and I'm a physical player so I guess it ends up feeling like a workout.

To answer your question, I'm 6'2 and a lean 212lbs. I used to be around 190lbs - 193lbs through my 20s and in my late 30s now have women approaching me more now than at any time as a 20-something year old..but also I think confidence in myself plays a part and probably women can feel that as well.

Yea I fluctuate weight crazy depending on the routine......

But for sure when it was just straight lifting I lost a lot of athletic abilities.

It's not natural for me.

I had to OD on powders and shyt to get there :wtf:

I'm unwilling to look the part in other ways so the first question is N/A. I can say when I was younger and go to 165 or better perception of me was probably a bit different.

I don't think I've achieved my "most athletic" as some leanness has been replaced with strength but I have a sense that it's the 170-175 range. We'll see how much comes off with boxing. Hovering around 185 now.

I’ve been told by Women to not get too swole..and to not get much bigger than what I was at in previous points in my life..speaking solely on putting on muscle.

A slim muscular physique with abs has always worked best for me and seems like that’s what Women across the board like on average. I’ve had both Women and Men (pause…but if you in shape you know what I’m saying) admire walking beaches/strips shirtless.
