Gym brehs…what weight were you pulling the most women at? And what weight did you feel the most athletic?

I'm short. 5'8 195 give or take a few, but I'm pretty brolic. Honestly, women have always liked me no matter my size. Most of my adult life i was 175-180, and I was definitely the most athletic at that weight, but 185-190 feels the best on me. It's a good mix of everything at that size. I may make a serious effort to get back to 185.

started going to the gym i was llike 168 lbs
185 i felt the most athletic...agile, fast, able to jump high
most i weighed was prolly 215
get the most hoes around 205 lbs

just hit the gym breh. women certainly appreciate more fit men...there is no way around it
dont tell yourself that they dont because you are too lazy to go to the gym
if you are tall and fit they assume you have a big dikk and can fukk their brains out.

its like a women asking, "does having a big ass really attract more men, i doubt it"

of course it does. the only women who hate are those who know they aint in your league

and it aint just women either...average joes will either admire or resent you for having the discipline and genetics required to gain muscle

Prolly bout 180. Currently, I'm 190. Mid-40s.

I play basketball & walk with weighted vest (30 lbs) moreso than lift.

Grateful I'm still able to move freely without a problem for the most part. :wow:

At my heaviest I was pulling thick women


I guess they think now I can’t handle them now cause I’m skinnier or some shyt :dead: Even though I’m stronger than I’ve ever been

I’m just wondering cause truthfully a lot of us do this to be more attractive to women :manny: For ourselves/our health for sure but looking good to women is 1a or 1b let’s be serious.

Going to the gym to attract women is crazy.

I 'workout' for conditioning and physical fitness primarily. I don't go to the gym at all, but in the past couple years I've put on quite a bit of muscle mass - it's strange. Have mainly been playing basketball, but it's a really intense run and I'm a physical player so I guess it ends up feeling like a workout.

To answer your question, I'm 6'2 and a lean 212lbs. I used to be around 190lbs - 193lbs through my 20s and in my late 30s now have women approaching me more now than at any time as a 20-something year old..but also I think confidence in myself plays a part and probably women can feel that as well.

I’m at my heaviest now at 230 and I seem to get more attention because my shirts fit closer but I also feel stronger with more energy. When I diet down to 215, I have a more athletic look but I have to do too much cardio to maintain that weight, so my lifts suffer.
