I’m just wondering cause truthfully a lot of us do this to be more attractive to women For ourselves/our health for sure but looking good to women is 1a or 1b let’s be serious.
For myself (I’m about 6’1”) I get the most attention from women around 170. I feel the most athletic around 185 where I’m at now. Tbh though probably gonna go back down to 170ish cause I wanna start running more and I don’t really care about lifting weights like that anymore. Still going to but probably like twice a week max frfr as long as I’m still decently strong I’m cool. Probably gonna start rock climbing again too
I’ve weighed as much as 225 before and truthfully I didn’t like it and I don’t think it made that much of a difference in my attractiveness to women.
