I'm watching last night's Rampage, and had the thought that if Trent Beretta was just coming up now, he'd probably be an NXT champion. It made me wonder, who else is out there killing it, but absolutely stuck in mid card purgatory for whatever reason? I'd add Buddy Murphy/Mathews to the list as well, dude could have had Kenny Omega's career trajectory if he'd have gone to NJPW and Kenny stayed in North America. Who do y'all think is way better than their spot would indicate?

A whole shyt load of people. So much talent and only so many spots available, and so much of that talent has been conglomerated into two companies.

Gable is a great example of what I meant, dude should be a multiple time IC champ at the very least, if not world champion at least once.
Sami is phenomenal, but I feel like he's gotten a lot more shine than a lot of others who also deserve it. He definitely deserves more than he has currently, but this is a guy who was heavily involved in the biggest angle in the business fairly recently.
