It’s snitching no if ands or buts . But I’ve been saying that our culture has US at a real disadvantage in REAL life I mean as a black man no point in doing crime because we’re labeled criminals before we do anything.

With that being said if your a civilian your doing what is expected.. if your engaged or came up on doing crime or claiming a certain way of life then of course you can’t cooperate or give authorities or anyone information on a crime that can potentially get them locked up . PERIOD
